At 125 PM EST, street flooding was reported at Providence and Newell Streets in West Warwick. Flooding was 18 inches deep.

The wider storm

Low pressure passed just south of New England on the afternoon of the 7th. This brought 1 to 2 inches of rain to Rhode Island. The heaviest rainfall occurred in Central Rhode Island.

Began near Westcott (41.7122, -71.5013).
