A funnel cloud was reported a few miles north of Isabela and Quebradillas. The funnel cloud was seen from Guajataca Lake.

Locally and diurnal effects combined with plenty of moisture in the low to mid-level to produce showers and thunderstorms across northwest PR.

Began near Isabela (18.4500, -67.0000).
