McKay 1035NE fire reached 100 percent containment on September 3rd. Total acres burned was around 1221.

Wider weather episode

Fire was located east of US Highway 97, about 5 miles northeast of La Pine in Deschutes county. This fire continued to burn from August into early September when full containment was achieved.
