Event narrative

A wildfire started 10 miles NE of Darrington on the Sauk-Suiattle Indian Reservation on July 30th. No structures were lost thanks to fire suppression efforts. The fire burned 216 acres and was permitted to burn itself out by early September after moving into more isolated areas.
