PR-955R access to Gran Melia Hotel was reported flooded due to a tributary of Rio Espiritu Santo out of its banks.

A strong tropical wave affected the region producing heavy rainfall and thunderstorms, mainly over the eastern half of PR.

Began near Rio Grande (18.4045, -65.8041).
