Snow reports ranged from 3 to 12 inches, primarily over the northwest areas of the west central mountains.

Wider weather episode

An upper level disturbance crossed New Mexico on the 23rd, producing a significant round of snow over the West Central mountains and

Sandia/Manzano mountains from the 22nd into the 23rd. Strong winds from this system were recorded over the far east central plains.
