Rio Rico and Nogales, at an elevation below 4000 feet had about 2 inches of snow. In addition, Madera Canyon at about 5000 feet had 6 to 7 inches of snow.

Wider weather episode

A cut off upper level low swept across Southeast Arizona on February 15th bringing accumulating snowfall as low as 3500 feet.
