Low pressure over the Ohio Valley on the morning of the 22nd moved northeast to off the New England coast by the morning of the 23rd. The storm brought a moderate to heavy snow to much of the State. Snowfall amounts generally ranged from 3 to 10 inches across the State with the highest amounts in Grafton, Carroll, Sullivan, and southern Coos Counties.
