Snow and blowing snow across eastern Lemhi County resulted in a period of difficult driving conditions. Wind gust to 40 miles per hour were observed at Gilmore Summit which lofted snow and reduced visibility to near a quarter mile at times. One person who frequents State Hwy 28 described the event as the worst he had ever seen on that stretch of highway.
