Non-thunderstorm wind gusts estimated near 60 mph knocked down trees and wires across Northern Clinton County.
Wider weather episode
A sharp cold front crossed central Pennsylvania during the morning of April 4. A tight pressure gradient behind the front produced strong to damaging non-thunderstorm winds through the afternoon and early evening. Widespread gusts of 50-60 mph were observed along with sporadic tree and roof damage.
