Greene County Emergency Manager reported water covering Quail Trail Road near Arrowhead Road, along the east bank of upper portion of Lake Oconee.

A strong cold front associated with a deep upper-level low swept across the region. Moderate instability and strong mid-level winds combined to produce scattered severe thunderstorms across portions of central and east Georgia.
