The primary band of snow developed across northern Missouri and extended into west central Illinois between 1 pm and 7 pm. In Brown County between 6 and 7 inches of snow fell. Mount Sterling co-op reported 6.3 inches of snow.

Further south along the I-70 corridor the precipitation was a mix of rain, sleet, snow and graupel. Winter precipitation totals here ranged from a trace to 2 inches.
