Snow accumulation of 11 inches at Milk Shakes SNOTEL in Wallowa county by 400 LST on the 18th. Also had 11 inches reported at Tollgate by noon on the 17th.

Wider weather episode

Snow fall was heavy above 4500 feet in the Northern Blue Mountains of Northeast Oregon 17th of March 2018. This snowfall was due to moisture wrapping around from the east on the north side of an upper low.
