Storm totals included 13 inches of new snow at Fillmore, 10 inches in Oak City, and 6 inches in Delta. In Millard County on the morning of March 4, a series of 10 to 15 slide-offs involving cars and semitrailers temporarily closed Interstate 15; one person was transported to a Fillmore hospital with minor injuries.
