Event narrative

The Montgomery County Emergency Manager reported damage to the roof of a mobile home on Browning Road near the Alston community. Metal roof sheeting that had been installed over an existing shingle roof was peeled off of a mobile home.

A very moist and moderately unstable atmosphere combined with strong daytime heating resulted in an isolated thunderstorm producing strong wind gusts.
