Full closure of Highway 49 from Moccasin Creek to Bear Valley Road due to road washout.

A warm, wet system brought heavy to moderate rain across the area with local flooding. Rain totals for the Valley were 1.5-3.75, 2 - 5 for the foothills. Rain and liquid equivalents were 3 - 7 for the mountains. Snow was limited to a few inches for elevations above 6000 feet.
