CoCoRaHS observer reported several trees down around town in Springfield. The Eugene Airport ASOS recorded wind gusts of 45 to 49 mph.

A strong low pressure system tracking northeast towards Vancouver Island generated strong winds along the Coast and in the Willamette Valley.
