Six to eight inches of snow was observed in and around Baggs.

A strong, slow-moving low pressure system moved across southeast Wyoming and produced widespread moderate to heavy snowfall. Wind gusts to 30 mph created areas of drifting snow and poor visibility. Storm total snowfall ranged from 6 to 18 inches, heaviest over the Snowy Range.
