Several reports of localized street flooding were received. Observations and reports indicated that 2 to 2.5 inches of rain fell in under 1 hour.

Sea breeze boundaries provided a focus for slow moving thunderstorms that produced very heavy rainfall over portions of southeast Louisiana.
