Event narrative

Two 6 month old infants were left in a hot vehicle at the 2400 block of Alfalfa Lane, near Jefferson Davis Highway just south of Richmond Virginia. They were transported to a hospital. One died almost immediately, while the other was initially in critical condition, but then later died.
