A large limbed was snapped off of a tree along Tennessee Street by thunderstorm winds.
Wider weather episode
Strong surface heating and low level convergence south of an approaching cold front was supported aloft a passing upper level disturbance. This resulted in a favorable environment for multiple severe thunderstorms to develop.
