Event narrative

The public reported that wind driven hail caused damage to the siding of two homes just north of Mt. Pleasant. Shingle damage was also incurred to the roof of one home and one tree was blow down.

Wider weather episode

Isolated severe thunderstorms produced several reports of large hail of up to one and three quarters inches in diameter and isolated damaging wind gusts.
