Event narrative

Very heavy rainfall with amounts ranging from 1 to 3 inches combined with snow melt over a several day period led to overland flooding with rock, mud and water along portions of Clear Creek Road, Sally Ann Road, and on State Highway 13 along the South Fork Clearwater River halfway between Stites and Harpster. Plugged culverts were common.

Wider weather episode

A combination of moderate to heavy rainfall ahead and along a cold front brought flooding and wind damage to portions of central Idaho.
