The Stubblefield Fires include three fires surrounding the community of Condon, Oregon. The fires include the Stubblefield, Seale, and Lonerock Fires. The fires were detected after lightning passed through the area on August 16 and 17. The fires are burning on private and BLM managed lands, approximately 50 miles southeast of The Dalles, Oregon. There are numerous structures threatened. Smoky conditions may continue to affect communities in the region.
