Event narrative

Dozens of trees were blown down, at least one of which caused significant damage to a vehicle; at least six power poles and power lines were blown down; there was significant damage to a large shopping center sign; damage to a garage door; and significant damage to the Henderson Pavilion.

Wider weather episode

After a brief break, another push of monsoon moisture fueled another outbreak of thunderstorms across the Mojave Desert and southern Great Basin. Many storms produced severe weather and flash flooding.
