The Angel Springs Wildfire destroyed 6 structures, at least two of them homes, and 7 outbuildings.

The Angel Springs Wildfire began on August 2nd seven miles northeast of Davenport due to a farm machine fire. Gusty winds and low relative humidity caused the fire to spread, eventually consuming 5046 acres of crops, timber and grassland. Two homes and numerous other structures and outbuildings were destroyed before the fire was contained on August 13th.
