Measured wind gusts across the area ranged from 47 mph in Fairhaven to 52 mph in Plymouth. In Mattapoisett at 147 PM EDT, a tree was down on North Street.

Low pressure from the Gulf of Mexico moved up the East Coast on October 27th and 28th, bringing strong winds to Central and Eastern Massachusetts and minor coastal flooding. A general one to two inches of rain was measured across the state.
