Trousdale County Emergency Management reported three roads east of Hartsville that typically do not flood were impassable and closed due to high water.

Scattered showers and thunderstorms affected Middle Tennessee from October 1 into October 2. Some of these showers and storms produced heavy rainfall with localized flooding reported in a few areas.
