A pilot reported a waterspout moving southwest off the west coast of Saint Croix.

The wider storm

A surface frontal boundary and its associated band of moisture moved southeast across the local area producing bands of isolated to scattered showers and favorable conditions for waterspout development.

Began near Cp Southwest St Croix (17.7291, -64.8990).
