Light freezing rain in Naches. A school bus slid off the highway. No injuries were reported.

Cold air trapped in the upper reaches of the Yakima and Kittitas Valleys with warm air overspreading aloft brought pockets of freezing rain to the area. In Naches, an empty school bus slid off the road. At the accident scene first responders had difficulty standing up on the ice covered road surface.
