Visibility below a quarter mile was reported in Lemoore. California Highway Patrol reported visibility near an eighth of a mile near Hanford.

As skies cleared out in the San Joaquin Valley during the evening of January 10, widespread dense fog reformed across the San Joaquin Valley and persisted for much of the night. The fog dissipated by late morning as a low pressure system approaching the southern California coast helped mix out the atmosphere.
