Visibility below a quarter mile was reported in Visalia. Several school districts opened late or delayed or cancelled morning bus service due to dense fog. California Highway Patrol reported a fog related two car collision 9 miles west of Tulare.

For the third straight morning dense fog in the San Joaquin Valley resulted in several school districts either opening late or delaying or cancelling bus service as visibility was reduced to below an eighth of a mile or less in several locations. the fog also resulted in a two car collision west of Tulare. The fog again dissipated by late morning.
