A storm brought a mix of wintry precipitation to the region on the 14th of February. Over central Oregon and eastern Oregon the precipitation type was primarily freezing rain and sleet with generally light accumulations. Further north and west over north central Oregon and the Columbia River Gorge heavy snow fell with storm total accumulations of 4 to 7 inches.
