Wider weather episode

The cold and dry airmass which pushed into the San Joaquin Valley during the morning of February 11 remained in place over the area on February 12. As a result, temperatures dropped below the freezing mark again during the early morning hours of February 12 as skies remained mainly clear and winds were light overnight.
