The Wilson River near Tillamook crested at 12.5 feet around 10 AM, which is 0.5 foot abouve flood stage. No damage was reported.

Wider weather episode

A strong low pressure system over the Gulf of Alaska brought a strong cold front through. This generated strong winds across northwest Oregon, and also brought heavy rain which caused flooding on the Tillamook river. Large seas also caused damage in spots along beaches.
