The Grays River near Rosburg crested at 13.2 feet around 11:30 AM, which is 1.2 feet above flood stage. No damage was reported.

A strong low pressure system over the Gulf of Alaska brought a strong cold front through. This generated strong winds across southwest Washington, and also brought heavy rain which caused flooding on the Grays river. Large seas also caused damage in spots along beaches.
