The Towns County Emergency Manager reported a trace of snow in the Lake Chatuge and Titus areas.

Cold air spilling in behind a strong cold front brought a brief period of light to moderate snow to portions of north Georgia the morning of January 29th. Due to temperatures at or slightly above freezing and a very warm ground, mainly light accumulations were reported.
