A Winter Storm produced 1 to 3 inches of snow and sleet followed by greater than 0.25 of freezing rain across southern Lycoming County on February 20-21, 2019.

Low pressure passed over the western Great Lakes, bringing a period of warm-advection snow to central Pennsylvania. 6 to 10 inches of snow fell across the southern tier of counties from Somerset eastward to Lancaster, with lesser amount farther to the north. The snow tapered to freezing drizzle during the afternoon hours, before another round of steadier sleet and freezing rain developed during the evening hours. Much of central Pennsylvania, along and south of I-80, received 0.25 or more of freezing rain.
