The cooperative observer 12NW Chiloquin reported 17.0 inches of snow at 13/1315 PST. This all fell since the previous observation at 12/0930 PST. Over 900 customers lost power in the Klamath Falls area.

Wider weather episode

Several storms in February brought heavy snow to unusually low elevations, making a great impact in some areas. This was the second of the storms.
