Report of 4 inches of snow at an elevation of approximately 400 feet. Numerous tree branches were also downed leading to a partial closure of highway 199.

The next in a series of cold upper lows moved south-southwest out of British Columbia and along the Washington, Oregon, and northern California coast. Numerous showers developed with this low, producing mountain snow and small hail along the coast.
