The COOP observer at Potlatch recorded 5.5 inches of new snow accumulation from this storm.

Beginning on the morning of February 27th and continuing until the morning of the 28th a transiting low pressure system brought widespread moderate to heavy snow amounts to north Idaho with the warm front during the day of the 27th followed by the cold front during the evening and overnight hours.
