California Highway Patrol reported slight flooding over Willow Creek Bridge on SB Interstate 5 north of Willows.

Heavy snow fell over the mountains and extended down into lower elevations, causing widespread travel problems and road closures. Thunderstorms brought heavy rain and small hail with widespread road flooding. Gusty winds brought down trees and caused power outages.
