On twitter the city of Vacaville relayed a flooding report from the Vacaville PD to avoid Vanden Road between Canon Road and Peabody Road until further notice, due to flooding.

Heavy snow fell over the mountains and extended down into lower elevations, causing widespread travel problems and road closures. Thunderstorms brought heavy rain and small hail with widespread road flooding. Gusty winds brought down trees and caused power outages.
