Winds measured at the Cow Creek sensor located twenty-one miles north-northeast of Baggs.

Frontal wave moved across the region with elevated gradients ahead as it moved across southeastern Wyoming. Several locations mainly across Interstate 80 had wind gusts into the upper 50 and middle 60 mph range.
