Event narrative

Numerous waterspouts were observed south of Duck Key. One waterspout was wide with the condensation funnel cloud extending nearly halfway down from cloud base, while the other was narrow and did not extend as far down. A third condensation funnel cloud was observed further to the west, likely south of Marathon.

Wider weather episode

Numerous waterspouts were observed south of Duck Key in association with a cumulus cloud line extending oceanside along the Middle Florida Keys.
