A strong spring system brought rain and snow to much of northeastern Wyoming. Rain changed over to snow across the area, with the highest snow amounts over the Wyoming Black Hills, Bear Lodge Mountains, as well as the higher elevations of Campbell County, where four to eight inches of snow was reported.
