Strong winds caused rough conditions on Bangs Lake, an inland lake in Wauconda, IL. Two boys took a paddle boat onto the lake in the evening and then went into the water. A 10 year old boy was rescued by nearby fisherman. Rescue crews later found the body of the other boy who was 9 years old.
