Event narrative

There was a fatal two-car crash Wednesday, April 10th in the afternoon near the intersection of Hwy CS and Wilson Road in the town of Dekorra. Law enforcement said roadway conditions appeard to have been a factor in the crash, and weather reports showed it was snowing at the time of the crash.

Low pressure developed over Colorado and slowly tracked into western Iowa over a two-day period. Repeated bands of snow and mixed precipitation tracked through southern Wisconsin from Wednesday, April 10 through Thursday, April 11, 2019.
