Event narrative

An EF0 tornado, estimated at 65 mph, touched down briefly southwest of Salters and lifted along Hwy 521. No significant damage was noted other than small limbs and some blown debris. Video was used to confirm the tornado.

A cold front produced a squall line that formed a severe thunderstorm outbreak with two tornadoes.
