At the Casper Mountain SNOTEL site, 16 inches of new snow was reported.

The wider storm

An abnormally cold low pressure system brought locally heavy snow to some of the mountains of central Wyoming. In the Bighorn Mountains, 20 inches of new snow fell at the Cloud Peak and Little Goose SNOTEL sites. At Casper Mountain, 16 inches of snow was reported.
